BLUNGER - 200 LITRES

Suitable for use in production potteries or industry, for mixing slip. The cylindrical plastic tank has a capacity of 200 litres. The stainless steel paddles and shaft are driven by a 1 horsepower, single phase motor via a belt drive. The unit has a speed of 360 r.p.m.
A motor with a speed reduction unit may be fitted, if required.
The tank is fitted with a lid to prevent spillage and the slip is removed at the base of the tank through a 50mm plastic ball valve. It is mounted on a heavy galvanized steel stand, 1.7 metres high or a stand can be built to your own height specifications.

This smaller size blunger is designed for smaller potteries and school use. It has a heavy duty plastic tank fitted with a stainless steel lid to prevent spillage and the slip is removed at the base of the tank through a 50mm plastic ball valve. It is mounted on a heavy galvanized steel stand, 1.5 metres high or a stand can be built to your own height specifications.. The motor is a 1 horsepower, single phase unit and a V-belt drives a stainless steel shaft fitted with a single mixer blade. The unit has a speed of 360 r.p.m.
